Graced by the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the event was a blend of food and fun. The Governor didn’t just attend; he thrilled the crowd by donning an apron and preparing a delectable vegetable soup, showcasing his support for the event’s mission to promote culinary talent and local food culture. The festival was hosted by the renowned Chef T, who brought charisma and expertise to the stage, ensuring that the energy remained high throughout the day. The event provided a platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry to showcase their culinary innovations, making it not just a celebration but also a strategic launch pad for budding entrepreneurs.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Systems, which has been instrumental in the growth of the festival over the years, once again delivered an exceptional experience. Their efforts to make the event bigger and better with each passing year were evident in the seamless organization, the diversity of vendors, and the unique food experiences available.

The entertainment lineup was equally impressive, with appearances by celebrities, artists, influencers, and DJs who kept the crowd entertained with live performances, music, and engaging activities. Attendees also enjoyed cultural displays, interactive cooking sessions, and food competitions that added extra layers of excitement to the day.

From local delicacies to international cuisines, the festival truly lived up to its theme by offering a taste of culture in its most delicious form. Families, food enthusiasts, and tourists marveled at the variety and creativity of the dishes on display, as well as the passion of the vendors who poured their hearts into every plate.
